Q: So to where do you deliver your materials?

A: We deliver everywhere in Europe... We are based in The Netherlands and have customers as close as Belgium and as far away as Greece and Lithuania. Mainly all our business is in Europe.

Q: What kind of brands do you offer?

A: We have a full line of Smooth-On products of which we have selected the special effects products such as Dragon Skin, Ecoflex, Slacker Body Double and Shell Shock and added them to our FormFX product line. We also have Monstermakers Foam Latex (and Dental acryllic), Premiere Products (Skin Illustrator, Telesis and SuperSolve), ADMtronics (Pros-Aide and AquaCream), Cosmesil/Pricipality On-Skin Silicones and ancillaries, Chavant modelling clays, Aves Studio (Apoxie Sculpt and Clay) Lifecasting materials from Artmolds studio, Stacolour palettes and Old Age Stipples from Matthew Mungle's WM Creations and Intrinsic and extrinsic silicone pigments from FuseFX. We also have some unique products such as Neoprene synthetic latex and Varaform thermoplastics in stock. And we offer a fine line of our own products such as FormCap: a polyurethane-based baldcap and silicone encapsulation material, SkinForm: a silicone lifecasting material and FX All-ginate: a premium alginate for lifecasting.

Q: I'm in need for some make-up effects... Do you also make prosthetics and such?

A: No, we don't. We do have a large list of customers, though, who might be able to help you. Let us know your requirements and we'll get you in contact with the appropriate artists.

Q: I've got some specific questions about the products you sell... How well do you know your products?

A: We have a knowledgeble staff and have all used liquid rubbers and plastics for hundreds of projects over the years. All of us have been users of these products before we come to sell them - our knowledge is all practical based. Two of our staff are also make-up effects technicians and keep up to date with all new products and technologies. Be as specific with your questions as you want: if we don't know the answer ourselves we go and check with our vendors... And be sure to get any answer you require!

Q: I see two diffrent kinds of shipment expresse and regular - What do I choose?

A: It depends if you're in a hurry or not... Regular is road cargo - very cost effecient and relatively quick. Expresse can deliver you a package anywhere in Europe in a mere day or two... It is much more expensive, though. We always advise to calculate sufficient time for transportation even our tried and true transportation companies can sometimes take a bit longer then expected so try to keep this in mind when ordering.

Q: I have my own company outside The Netherlands, but in the E.U. How do I get a I.C. delivery without VAT?

A: Let us know your VAT number when ordering. After verification we can deliver I.C. We can't deliver first-time I.C. shipments under 100 euro's though.

Q: I'm visiting Amsterdam this weekend... Do you guys have a shop that I can visit?

A: Yes. We're located just 10 minutes (by bus nr. 42) from the main "Central Station Amsterdam" railwaystation in Amsterdam. We have a shop at the KNSM-laan 810 with a lot of display models and cured samples. We're open on weekdays from 10.00 o'clock till 17.00 in the afternoon. Feel free to stop by and have a chat!
